Railcar ALn 442 +448 Trans Europe Express

In order to create high speed rail links between major European cities in June 1957 the  Trans-Europe-Express service was created, with  the use of specific diesel railcars. The nations participating in this convention were: Italy, France, Switzerland, Belgium, Holland and Germany, trains built were marked with the symbol "TEE" with special characteristics adapted to different conditions of the routes that they ran on. Here presented is the model of the prototype built for the Italian State Railway by Breda, composed of a power unit coupled to a dummy unit in his brightly colored red and ivory livery.

Rivarossi produced this from 1959 to 1968
